When can I submit a withdrawal request?
Customers can submit their withdrawal request at anytime. However, SlotsVillage only processes withdrawals from the system which is connected to our bank on Mondays. Your withdrawal request must enter the system prior to Sunday at 11:59 a.m. in order for our accounting department to process your request. If you have placed more than one withdrawal request, the first withdrawal entry will be the withdrawal processed; all subsequent withdrawals will be automatically declined. SlotsVillage will honor one payout per household only once a week.

What happens if I don't make the Sunday 11:59 a.m. deadline?
If you haven't submitted your withdrawal request before Sunday 11:59 a.m. in order for SlotsVillage to process your payout on Monday, the withdrawal request will remain as pending within the system. At anytime you can use the funds to deposit back into your SlotsVillage account and you can verify the flow back amount in your reconcile report. You may submit a new withdrawal request, making sure of the exact amount you wish to withdraw at anytime. Please remember that we will only review one request per player per week, including requests in other sites operated by Winward Group.

What are the requirements to withdraw funds from my SlotsVillage account?
A) Required Wager Qualifications:
Players must wager at least 20 times the amount of their first deposit and 15 times their consecutive purchases in order to cash-in any amount of their real money balance. For the bonus to kick in, they must wager the same amount of times or spend 95% of their deposit when trying to meet wagering requirements. Players who attempt to cash out any winnings prior to having met wagering requirements will have their bonus cancelled and this process cannot be undone. Bonus credits may not be cashed in and must be put into play once received. As soon as players have met their wagering requirements they are entitled to Cash out the winnings and play their bonus.

Customers who have never used a Visa or MasterCard to deposit and are withdrawing funds via any of our withdrawal methods will not be required to send in a Fax Authorization Form along with other required documents UNLESS SlotsVillage has reason to believe this information is necessary. You may be asked to send in a NETeller Fax Authorization Form if we need to verify your deposit(s) via these methods, if we need to confirm your contact information registered in your SlotsVillage account or if we believe there is any type of fraudulent behavior.
SlotsVillage only processes withdrawal requests via NETeller. All withdrawal transactions are processed in US Dollars. There is no time limit to process a withdrawal request on Monday. All requests will be processed on Monday in the exact same amount and order they have entered the system. If you discontinue using a NETeller account please communicate this to SlotsVillage. If you have deposited via any or all of these deposit methods but have a withdrawal preference please communicate this to SlotsVillage. Otherwise, all withdrawal transfers will automatically be sent via NETeller if the email address registered in your SlotsVillage account matches with a NETeller account. Can I request my winnings made from a Free Bonus at SlotsVillage?

- The bonus money cannot be withdrawn by itself; it can only be played.
- Any winnings made from this bonus money can be redeemed if the amount of the cash out is above $50.00 USD which does NOT include a $25.00 USD service charge fee customers will be charged to cash out.
- The maximum redemption amount that players can obtain due to winnings made from existing and previous free money promotions is $150.00 USD. Any person who tries to go above this limit will have the funds removed from his/her account.
- Withdrawals from free bonus promotions of $50 to $150 are only processed to NETeller accounts. - The entire bonus amount must be played before requesting a withdrawal.
